ForwardPMX Names New Head of Paid Media To Fuel Growth in APAC

Edison Woo moves from Citi into new role at award-winning global brand performance agency

Hong Kong, April 1, 2020 – ForwardPMX, an award-winning global brand performance agency, announced that it has named Edison Woo as Head of Paid Media APAC. In this newly formed role, Woo will be focused on elevating ForwardPMX’s local expertise in APAC, helping brands to grow globally while navigating the nuances of individual APAC markets, platforms and diverse consumers – which is needed more than ever given the current COVID-19 health crisis.

ForwardPMX is home to 1,000 experts across 25 offices and 15 countries around the world, managing over $1 billion in media. The agency has significant presence in APAC, with offices in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and now Bangalore, as a result of the recent acquisition of The Search Agency. In 2019, ForwardPMX APAC saw growth by an impressive 30% in topline revenue, working with world-class global brands including Marina Bay Sands and UberEats. The agency delivers multi-market, multichannel digital solutions that address the crucial opportunities to connect with APAC’s highly influential consumers. Recent work includes driving business growth for iconic hotel, Marina Bay Sands, recognized with an award from the Asia eCommerce Awards.

As Head of Paid Media at ForwardPMX, Woo will work to further drive ForwardPMX’s brand performance offering and continue to advance the agency’s relationships with key platforms in the region including Baidu, Naver, WeChat, Yandex, Facebook and Google.
