With ambitious growth targets this year, ForwardPMX had to find a way to cut through the highly competitive designer clothing market with direct competitors and resellers with extremely deep pockets.
The team pushed for growth by combining data and insights to create holistic strategies across digital channels, and visualized them through bespoke dashboards to inform the wider Tommy Hilfiger business. By combining data sources, we gave Tommy Hilfiger a view on multiple ROI-focused areas. This included, the relationship between the user’s primary search focus and the product sold, which produced critical insight into the products that are worth capitalizing on. This type of data analysis not only leads to business growth, but informs merchandising teams with product placement and can transform a consumers’ entire experience of the Tommy Hilfiger brand.
