The different influences behind UK, US and Chinese e-commerce

The last 12 months have driven a surge in online purchases, but consumers are being influenced in different ways regionally.

ForwardPMX, a global data and technology-driven marketing services company, recently released their 2021 Global Business & Marketing Trends Report which looks at e-commerce influences across China, the US and the UK.

The report shows – somewhat unsurprisingly given the impact of COVID-19 – that the vast majority of consumers bought both apparel and personal care items online over the last 12 months. However, the influences behind those buying decisions has also been revealed.
