James has the global responsibility of driving consistency and collaboration while raising the profile of ForwardPMX as a specialist digital agency across all markets, including EMEA, North America and APAC. James joined ForwardPMX from Dentsu Aegis Network, where he served as European CEO for digital agency 360i, leading accounts such as Converse, Lidl and Enterprise, and was also part of the DAN UK leadership team. James has over 15 years agency experience, having worked as Managing Director of creative agency Fallon for 5 years, where he was the lead on a number of high profile global brands including Cadbury, Nokia and Skoda.
Mary Beth Keelty
GLOBAL CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Mary Beth is responsible for the manifestation of the agency’s brand and go-to-market positioning, communications, marketing programs, and corporate development strategies. Previously, Mary Beth served as the Vice President of National Marketing for Century 21 Real Estate, the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, where she managed a $40+ million budget, with a specific focus on the integration of digital and traditional marketing and advertising programs. She is also the former Vice President of Brand and Group Marketing at Epsilon, where she oversaw multiple solution launches and several M&A brand integrations, including the acquisition of leading email providers Bigfoot Interactive and DoubleClick. At the start of her career, Mary Beth held a variety of senior marketing positions at Fujitsu, a multinational IT and services giant, focused on re-branding efforts and the development of global centers of excellence.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Keisha manages all business operations for ForwardPMX. With an adept capability in restructuring organizations to improve profitability and efficiency, Keisha’s goals are grounded in institutionalizing processes. As part of the leadership team, she was instrumental in the sale of PMX to Stagwell. At digital start-up Zeta Interactive, Keisha led the efforts to secure $50 million in private equity and oversaw multiple acquisitions, growing the agency to 400 employees worldwide and $70 million in annual billings. Prior to Zeta, Keisha was recruited as the #2 employee at Bigfoot Interactive, the leading email marketing agency that was acquired by Epsilon in 2005.
CHIEF INTERNATIONAL OFFICER
Hannes founded the agency’s APAC division and oversees all multilingual and complex international digital marketing activities for ForwardPMX. Within APAC and Russia, he spearheaded the development of search engine strategies for Yandex, Baidu, 360, Yahoo!Japan, Naver and Daum and built strong strategic relationships across the leadership teams of these platforms. Hannes is the the Founder and CEO of the performance linguistics™ and digital language services provider Locaria, a Stagwell Group brand. Hannes has been working in international marketing and localization for over 10 years and is a passionate polyglot with knowledge of over 14 languages.
