Martin leads the comprehensive vision and strategy for ForwardPMX with a specific focus on data-oriented change that drives growth for brands. With extensive experience in international online marketing, Martin has worked with many innovative businesses across a range of key sectors including Agile Start-Ups, High-Tech, Consumer Goods, Fashion & Luxury, Entertainment, Travel, PC and Automotive. From marketing to leadership, Martin has managed some of the world’s most established global brands including, Netflix and Skype, spearheading international campaigns in over 25 markets.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
James is responsible for financial control, systems, strategy and the provision of commercial support to the leadership teams. James has 20 years experience and led the sale of Forward3D to Stagwell in 2017. In previous roles, James has been directly involved in two stock exchange listings (Betfair and Hyder Consulting) and numerous acquisitions. James is a highly experienced executive with strong commercial, operational and leadership skills. With extensive involvement in high growth, dynamic, digital businesses across multiple sectors, his aim is to deliver financial and commercial support to ensure ForwardPMX achieves its potential.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Keisha manages all business operations for ForwardPMX. With an adept capability in restructuring organizations to improve profitability and efficiency, Keisha’s goals are grounded in institutionalizing processes. As part of the leadership team, she was instrumental in the sale of PMX to Stagwell. At digital start-up Zeta Interactive, Keisha led the efforts to secure $50 million in private equity and oversaw multiple acquisitions, growing the agency to 400 employees worldwide and $70 million in annual billings. Prior to Zeta, Keisha was recruited as the #2 employee at Bigfoot Interactive, the leading email marketing agency that was acquired by Epsilon in 2005.
GLOBAL MANAGING DIRECTOR
James has the global responsibility of driving consistency and collaboration while raising the profile of ForwardPMX as a specialist digital agency across all markets, including EMEA, North America and APAC. James joined ForwardPMX from Dentsu Aegis Network, where he served as European CEO for digital agency 360i, leading accounts such as Converse, Lidl and Enterprise, and was also part of the DAN UK leadership team. James has over 15 years agency experience, having worked as Managing Director of creative agency Fallon for 5 years, where he was the lead on a number of high profile global brands including Cadbury, Nokia and Skoda.

Chris brings the agency’s capabilities and sophistication to an increasingly complex consumer world to help solve the global business challenges facing brands. With experience as a CEO, business strategist and entrepreneur, Chris leads a team of problem solvers charged with providing new perspectives. This expertise and focus provides a highly differentiated business model for clients. As an industry leader, Chris also devotes his time to professional and personal development ventures grounded in creative thinking, and is actively involved in several associations including MarketingEDGE, ECHO Board of Governors and The Alliance for Lupus Research.
CHIEF INTERNATIONAL OFFICER
Hannes founded the agency’s APAC division and oversees all multilingual and complex international digital marketing activities for ForwardPMX. Within APAC and Russia, he spearheaded the development of search engine strategies for Yandex, Baidu, 360, Yahoo!Japan, Naver and Daum and built strong strategic relationships across the leadership teams of these platforms. Hannes also founded the performance linguistics and digital language services provider Locaria, a Stagwell Group brand. Hannes has been working in international marketing and localization for over 10 years and is a passionate polyglot with knowledge of over 14 languages.
